Vivendi Universal Publishing has signed a marketing and distribution deal with Germany-based music software provider eJay. Under the three-year agreement, Vivendi Universal Interactive Publishing North America gains the exclusive rights to market and distribute eJay's interactive music software, according to the companies.

Vivendi Universal Publishing has signed a marketing and distribution deal with Germany-based music software provider eJay. Under the three-year agreement, Vivendi Universal Interactive Publishing North America gains the exclusive rights to market and distribute eJay's interactive music software, according to the companies. The software includes MP3 products and will enable consumers to convert and manage MP3 music files.

Vivendi Universal Publishing is a division of Vivendi Universal. The division publishes content in four major languages, including English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
