By a scan of the 37,000-member Vonage Forums, it seems that call blocking-anonymous or otherwise- is still the most-demanded feature by Vonage users.
I say still because they've been asking for this feature for years.
Several Vonage Feature Wish List threads on that Forum started by Vonage customers desirous of such a feature have been garnering heavy traffic for most of this year.
All have a common theme: why don't we have call blocking?
Threads expressing such sentiment, and which have collected more than 1,000 page views (including at least some in the last three months) include:
- No Call Blocking?;
- I Want Anonymous Call Blocking;
- Block Any Number;
- No Longer a Wish, Now a Demand.
In fact, a poll asking if Vonage Members would like a feature that would block incoming numbers received 126 votes. Some 98% voted for that feature.
Other widely requested features included outgoing and incoming caller ID that includes caller names; simulring, and local Vonage numbers in Mexico.
