Weird iPhone apps

With Apple's wildly-popular App Store cresting 50,000 apps available for download, it was inevitable that a flew clunkers would slip through the cracks. And I'm not talking about about blatant mistakes like Baby Shaker or Hottest Girls, either.

During the gold rush to the App Store developers have released several apps that provide little or no utility and some that are down-right stupid and even weird.

Take, for example, Annoy-A-Teen (pictured), for example, which "generates irritatingly high frequency sounds that most adults have lost their ability to hear, thereby targeting teenagers and other dumb animals."

The Odesk blog has posted a short list of some other weird iPhone apps out there including: HolyCow, Hold On and iDrunkTxt but there are hundreds of others.
