WordPress wizard meets the press

CNET's Webware editor Rafe Needleman interviewed Matt Mullenweg, CEO of Automattic and co-creator of WordPress. WordPress software is widely used by bloggers from corporate giants to individuals across the globe. In this conversation, Mullenweg talked about the future of WordPress, the global growth of blogging and the purpose it serves in repressive countries. Here's the first half of our interview with him.
