Yamaha boasts fastest ever CD-R
Yamaha has released what it claims to be the fastest ever read/write CD-R system.
The Japanese firm's CDR400 offers quad-speed recording and six-speed reading. Other features include a 2Mb RAM buffer and choice of tray or caddy loading and SCSI or ATAPI interface.
Available this month, the CDR400 will cost £450 + VAT.
