MSN Messenger for Mac - IÂ’m not dead yet!It appears that reports of the death of MSN Messenger for the Mac have been greatly exaggerated (to borrow from Mark Twain). As it turns out Office 2008 for Mac will include Messenger for Mac 6.0 the box (you can still download it for free today).

According to the Mac BU they've reached a milestone in the development process of Messenger for Mac 7.0 with the recent launch of a private beta with new Audio and Visual capabilities for a select group of enterprise customers using Office Communication Server 2007.

I want to know if MSN Messenger for Mac 7.0 will work with AIM, Yahoo Messenger or other IM protocols? (i.e. Jabber)? If not, it'll be mostly useless to me.

Does anyone use MSN Messenger?

Remember when ICQ was popular? Then they got bought by AOL and it became so bloated that MSN was actually a good alternative? Yeah I got stuck in there too...

MSN Live is now a great product.

The IM survey only accepts 1 IM platform, but the reality is that today many people use two or more. Comprising home and business use, I have to use 3
