IDC will figure how to how to use SaaS and ecommerce to sell its overpriced report.

  • SMBs tought nut to crack

    I think this one is fundamentally wrong. Assuming MSFT gets its act together, then SMBs will see Live and recognise the value of SaaS. I'm seeing some vendors doing very interesting things around the portal metaphor as the place to exist and do many day to day chores along with organising their business lives. All services driven.

    The only reason they're a flea bite is that these companies don't have the marketing budgets of MSFT or anything like.
