So who would he specifically blame the Stuxnet worm on? US, Israel, UK, ....
Iran is to blame for not having the proper preventive measures to combat it.
The Stuxnet worm got some big play from Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who acknowledged that the malware dinged his nuclear program.
In a New York Times account, Ahmadinejad said Stuxnet created problems. He didn’t go into much detail beyond the following statement via the Times:
Speaking at a news conference, Mr. Ahmadinejad vowed the nuclear program would continue, but acknowledged damage from the computer worm. “They succeeded in creating problems for a limited number of our centrifuges with the software they had installed in electronic parts,” he said.
Iran had denied that malware had anything to do with its nuclear stumble. In September the Iran-Stuxnet story took off. The big question was whether Iran was attacked or just lax with its security procedures.
