yeah.. question 1 is totally wrong... but what he says is "answer B" wasn't even the text that goes with answer B...

You are totally right, ignoring that requester as stated in answer C is dangerous and clicking on it there is a high probability you will get infected because your security software might not be up to date or does not recognize it as its new and not been added to a definition database yet. I like to use the NoScript plugin in Firefox to try to avoid those type of fake requesters from popping up in the first place. If I do see one of those pop up after I enable scripts on a page I just simply disable scripts again on the page and it kills the script and reloads the page. I can then safely close the original website page that launched the script displaying the fake!

Edit: That's assuming of course that this is a real dialog box and not a hyperlinked image masquerading as a dialog box, but the pointer should give that away.
