The Web turns 20

It's hard to believe that just 20 years ago the Worldwide Web was merely a diagram. Sir Tim Berners Lee created a wonkish document dubbed "Information Management: A proposal"and created the infrastructure a lot of us depend on to a make a living.

It's hard to believe that just 20 years ago the Worldwide Web was merely a diagram. Sir Tim Berners Lee created a wonkish document dubbed "Information Management: A proposal"and created the infrastructure a lot of us depend on to a make a living.

Today, it's our conduit to the world. Charles Cooper and Marshall Kirkpatrick have fine odes to Berners Lee and the Web. I'd just like to say that I'm thankful for the Web.
