Summary: What impact will Apple's new phone have on society at large?

So now that the iPhone 4S and all its details have been announced, what impact will the new phone have on society at large?

1. Conversation will become impossible at Starbucks, Panera Bread, et al. To wit, "I'm sorry, were you talking to me? No. I was talking to my phone." Followed by "Why are you ignoring me? I thought you were talking to your phone." And "Could you people please be quiet? I can't get my phone to understand me with all this noise!'

2. iEnvy will reach new heights as iPhone 4S users demand custom cases that shout "Not an iPhone 4" and insist that Apple produce the phone in bright green so that their friends understand that they have the latest phone.

3. Lawsuits will be filed by users who have regional accents, speech impediments, or are non-native speakers of the supported languages due to failure of the phone to properly respond to their commands.

4. The first car accident caused by a user arguing with their phone will happen on October 14th, while a user is attempting to drive home from the Apple store and use their new phone at the same time.

5. iCloud users will be admitted in droves to cardiac care units shortly after their first bill arrives when they see, first hand, why carriers dropped unlimited data plans.

#1,3,4 - Yes, absolutely! #5 - The default iCloud setting is WiFi only! #2 - This is biggest problem for Apple, and the reason they will not sell as many iPhone 4S upgrades as they did the iPhone 4 - put the new hardware in something looking even a little different and there would be a lot more excitement. Sad really, but true that hardware doesn't mean as much as having the latest device to show off.

 @thetwonkey: ... in two years, so they they can easily skip "iPhone 5" this year.
 
 Also, it should be noticed that Apple's next iPhone will not be called iPhone 5, since, by number, iPhone 4S is fifth generation of phone already.
 
 So wait for iPhone 6? Or iPhone 4G (with LTE support)?

 #5- iPhone 4
 #6- iPhone 4 CDMA (for Verizon)
 #7- iPhone 4S

 @wackoae: there was no "iPhone 2", and CDMA version of iPhone 4 is the same model (by internal code obviously not, but in the essence, yes). So iPhone 4 was actually forth generation phone, and iPhone 4S is fifth generation. So naming sixth generation with number '5' would be strange. So maybe iPhone 4G or iPhone 6.
