@ShazAmerica
When Jobs says that the gyroscope is built into every iPhone 4. That's great but it means that every application written to work with the gyroscope won't work with the iPhone, iPhone 3G, or iPhone 3GS. Wow, talk about a fragmented platform!!!

      Cue the double standards...

      • fragmented platforms....

        @NonZealot:

        Internet Explorer 8 won't work on Windows 98, Windows 95, or Windows 3.1. Wow, talk about a fragmented platform!!!

        Sorry, it's called "progress", and you'd better get used to it.

        So why is it progress when Apple fragments a platform but it is a showstopper when Android does it?

        Cue the double standards...

      • Yup, fragmented platforms

        @NonZealot So IE 8 won't work in Windows 98? Well, Windows 98 is a 12 year old OS whereas someone might have purchased a brand new iPhone 3GS last week.
