Sprint getting the HTC EVO View 4G this summer
Sprint today announced it will be carrying the HTC EVO View 4G, aka the HTC Flyer, starting this summer. This is the first Android tablet with both touch and pen control.
The 7-inch tablet will ship with Gingerbread that has HTC Sense enhancements to further the branding and distinguish the View from other Android tablets. The display uses the NTrig digitizer which allows both touch input and the use of a special pen for pointing and handwriting. HTC has previously shown its Scribe technology that allows handwriting in certain apps, including Evernote.

- Weight: 14.88 ounces (421.84 grams)
- Display: 7-inch (177.8 mm), 1024 x 600 touchscreen display with pinch-to-zoom
- 32GB internal memory, 1GB RAM; microSD slot (supports up to 32GB memory card)
- Battery: 4000 mAh Lithium-ion battery
The View 4G will operate on both 3G and 4G networks on Sprint. The carrier has not divulged pricing for the View 4G, but a subsidized price with a contract would be the norm.
