Every wonder how your residential solar technology installation is performing relative to other people in our neighborhood or across the country? SunReports, a San Francisco-based company in the business of residential solar energy monitoring, has created a Facebook tool that lets individuals and businesses share that information. The idea is for people who are interested in investing in solar technology to have an opportunity to check out actual performance data shared within the social network. Of course, you have to be a customer to share your information but you don't necessarily have to be a customer to check out how various solar technologies are doing. We'll have to keep tabs to see how transparent SunReports' customers will become.
