Some of the stars of the high-tech world are about to get a licking.

Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos and Esther Dyson are among the "Information Age Visionaries" honored on a new sheet of stamps from Palau, the former United States protectorate in the Pacific.

Among those featured on the 25 stamps are Microsoft (Nasdaq:MSFT) CEO Bill Gates, Apple (Nasdaq:AAPL) founders Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, "Myst" creators Rand and Robyn Miller, Amazon.com (Nasdaq:AMZN) founder Jeff Bezos, Yahoo! (Nasdaq:YHOO) founders Jerry Yang and David Filo, tech visionary Esther Dyson and cyberpunk novelist William Gibson.

The sheet will be released June 30. It's available from Palau's new-issue agency, Inter-Governmental Philatelic Corp., 535 Fifth Ave., Suite 300, New York, NY 10017.
