If you've been using the Excel Web App Technical Preview, you won't be surprised by the version bundled with SharePoint 2010. There's very little difference — apart from the SharePoint wrapper around the service.

    Just downloaded and installed. Gave it the mailmerge test. Still rubbish, just like 2007 and 2003.

  • i like your honesty

    How is the "normal" and "no spacing" box in word fixed,as opposed to 2007, that and the need for the 2003 office compatibility every time a document was emailed as a file has been a huge pain ?
