Toshiba's Yoshiihide Fujii and movie executives reveal plans for HD DVD discs at the Consumer Electronics Show.

Flanked by Hollywood execs, Toshiba's Yoshiihide Fujii shows off an HD DVD disc at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The group pledged that movies such as "Million Dollar Baby," "Harry Potter 4: The Goblet of Fire" and "Blazing Saddles" will come out this year on HD DVD discs.

Qosmio laptop
Toshiba will be ready for the movie rush with new computers like this Qosmio laptop which comes with an HD DVD drive. Pricing and availability will be announced in the first quarter.
