  • RE: Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Honeycomb tablet

I had lots of problems getting my wireless connection to work on my 10.1 tablet. Even when I finally get it working, it still drops the connection. Then, last week an update flashed on the tablet requesting to download, and I said "yes". After download, it shut down and will not come back up. It will start to load, but after the Samsung logo flashes, it goes to a grey screen and you cannot get out of it until battery runs out. Since there is no battery to remove on this unit, I couldn't shut it off. I have tried restoring the unit to original by using recommendations found in forums (holding volume button down and then pressing start....). Nothing happens. It will shut it off by doing that, but nothing will appear after the logo on the screen. If you touch the screen, you see the trailers of your finger light up in the gel and that is about it. Can anybody help me??? I am just sick about this and only had it for 2 weeks prior to the update request. Thanks
