Press conference
California Attorney General Bill Lockyer speaks at a press conference in Sacramento announcing criminal charges relating to a Hewlett-Packard pretexting investigation. Lockyer said that current HP CEO Mark Hurd is not being charged, though another prosecutor later clarified that "it would be premature at this point to say anyone's cleared."
