    hi Suzy,

    the cartoon is playing with the idea that the Federal Government is going to use the new National Broadband Network to destroy Telstra, which has criticised it regularly over the past few years.

    We're making a kind of Star Wars analogy also, likening the NBN to a new Death Star :)
