One more law should be added

SIMPLICITY- Any kind of digital identity management will not succeed if it is not simple and easy for the users. Easy operation or use , of authentication method will not only give confidence to the users but it will also enable user to use it with less mistakes. Human factor and psychology must be taken into consideration before use of any technology.
