Technology One's iCouncil is the app for interacting with your council; for instance, reporting problems such as dumped rubbish, potholes, graffiti and damaged infrastructure. Councils will receive an email with any photos that the user has attached.

Those councils that are running Technology One's Property and Rating product can use iCouncil to perform inspections and access information on properties, as well as the people and animals on those properties.
