The Monash University Low FODMAP Diet
If you thought that this was an app that would help you lose all the extra weight you gained over the break, then this isn't the app for you.
The Low FODMAP Diet is designed for people to manage the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. The university says that the key is to reduce a group of carbohydrates called FODMAPs — hence the name of the app.
Inside this app is a list of low FODMAP foods, 79 recipes, and a low FODMAP challenge.
