Trouble at BCS sees new leaders for forum

The British Computer Society's senior IT management forum, called Elite, was split by frustrations about cancelled events, according to an article in Computer Weekly.

Both the chair and secretary of Elite left last year after a number of events were cancelled following late payment of deposits, said the article.

A new Elite executive committee has been formed, and is optimistic that problems have been resolved, said a committee member.

BCS staff were unavailable for comment at the time of writing.
