A new Flash Player 9, SAP talks Adobe and the New York Times Reader

  • Emmy Huang announced a beta version of Flash Player 9 on her blog. The new version, available on Adobe Labs, provides support for Vista as well as a "full screen mode" that will be a great addition to Flash video.
  • There is a fantastic interview over on Knowledge@Wharton with Henning Kagermann, the CEO of SAP. Henning talks a lot about SAP's strategy, and there is a lot that is applicable to Rich Internet Applications.
  • Mark Johnston gives his take on the New York Times Reader, calling it "the 1st *killer* WPF application. I have to agree, and my in-depth look is coming soon (hopefully later today). I've been using it for a couple of weeks and really like it.
