The Navizon Virtual GPS is now available for BlackBerry.

Navizon works on any Java-enabled BlackBerry. It's available for a 15-day evaluation period with a purchase price of $24.95 after that.

"With the Navizon application you can see where you are on a map and navigate to other locations, see the whereabouts of your friends or coworkers right from their mobile device and search for businesses such as bars or restaurants right around where you are," notes Hayden from the Pinstack BlackBerry Forum.

Navizon notes this utility is also bundled with MGMaps, a mobile mapping system which can work on any Java enabled phones.

And no, you do not need a dedicated GPS receiver. Tool works by triangulating signals from your wireless device.

A wireless device such as a (you only get one guess).

If you guessed BlackBerry you are right.
