Is there a need for an iPad in the workplace? Some tech bosses, who come across as a bit too rah-rah for the iPad, seem to think so. And speaking of the iPad, a new survey shows that consumers are caught in the middle of this back-and-forth between Adobe and Apple.

On the earnings front, Dell performed well, fueled by the corporate IT upgrade cycle, while salesforce.com was on track, though there were some concerns about its fiscal sedond quarter.

The spotlight was all Google's and so today's image galleries and videos are focused on the I/O conferences, including a peek inside Moscone Center, a closer look at Google TV and trek down memory lane of older Android device.
