Paul Greenberg, who is a famous CRM guru, author, ZDNet blogger, and Enterprise Irregular, just published his list of top CRM analysts.

Paul is about the nicest person in the world and his CRM judgment carries the weight of law in many circles. Given Paul's influence and the depth of his understanding, it's worth paying attention when he speaks. I am honored to be included on Paul's list.
