It was bound to happen - Apple and AT&T are being sued for $1 million over the $200 price drop that the iPhone saw just weeks after launch.

Dongmei Li claims that both Apple and AT&T broke several laws when dropping the price of the iPhone by a third.  She is accusing the companies of price discrimination, deceptive practices, discrimination in offering rebates as opposed to credits or refunds, and underselling.

My guess is that this case doesn't have a legal leg to stand on, but it's yet more bad press relating to the iPhone and more issues for Apple to have to deal with.  Continued bad press could also start to make investors jittery.
