According to a post on 9-to-5 Mac Apple shot a television commercial for an "unannounced product" yesterday at a 1940's style diner called Jax on the Tracks in Truckee, California. Restaurant owner Bud Haley told the Sierra Sun “Apple found us, they’re trying to show us as a hip and cool spot for the 20-something crowd.”

The product featured in the new ad is still a mystery but the consensus is that it's most likely a new iPod (possibly the 4G iPod touch) as opposed to something like the rumored Apple tablet (a.k.a. iPad).
