Barksdale Group, Silver Lake invest $75M in Submitorder

The Barksdale Group and Silver Lake Partners said Monday that they have invested in $75 million in Submitorder.com, a provider of Internet services. The investment groups will obtain a majority stake in the company which offers Web site development, inventory management, order fulfillment and processing, "pick, pack and ship" services, and integrated call center services. -- Margaret Kane, ZDNet News
