Senior Cable & Wireless executive Mike McTighe has joined C&W Global rival Carrier1 as its new CEO. McTighe was appointed as C&W executive director of global operations just over a year ago and was responsible for the company's business strategy. McTighe will be replaced by Adrian Chamberlain on his return from secondment in Australia, The Times reports. The resignation comes at a crucial time for the company ahead of its routine report on the state of C&W Global later this month.
