Huhan, Dec 6 (Asia Pulse) - Hubei Province in Central China has made known an overall plan for a powerful open platform that will broaden the application of e-business.
According to the plan, the province's largest e-business center will be phased out in three years, aiming to build an on-line stock exchange system, shopping system, ticket booking, charging, taxpaying and other application systems.
For the first phase, the province will invest 5.52 million yuan (US$666,000) to build a common e-business platform, which will integrate database, common e-business application software and flexible, convenient and easy development tools. It will reserve plenty of expansion interfaces for the future.
For the second phase, 3.45 million yuan will be used to build a set of payment gateways, making the payment function of saving card possible on the network.
