The owners of training provider Computer Power Group (CPG)
have moved to liquidate the subsidiary after a second meeting of creditors voted for the move on 30 January.
Singapore education group EasyCall International issued a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange announcing the move and advising that the administrators to the business, Ferrier Hodgson partners James Stewart and George Georges, had been appointed its liquidators.
The administrators had convened two meetings of creditors after being appointed on 3 January.
Stewart, a partner at administrator Ferrier Hodgson,
told ZDNet Australia last month that the liquidation of CPG was
likely and that the chance of continued courses for its 1,254
students was "pretty slim".
