CNN Money reports that the Senate antitrust subcommittee is planning a hearing to delve into how Google's acquisition of Doubleclick will impact Internet advertising. Meanwhile, the Wall Street Journal reported that a House Commerce subcommittee will hold a hearing to address privacy.

Couple those hearings with a Federal Trade Commission review of the Google-DoubleClick deal and Google should be busy on Capitol Hill this fall.
