CRM Playaz Episode #7

This episode is our shortest and maybe the sweetest we've ever done because of all the s's in it. Brent and I riff on pretty much all of life and upcoming events in the world of CRM including Sage Insights 2009 and SAP's SAPPHIRE.

We blab on the status of the 4th edition of my book CRM at the Speed of Light and Brent, who's writing a section on CRM and Small Business puts a call out to all of youse guys, to help him with his section of the book.  This is this week, people, so heed his cry.

We riff on the end of maintenance declaration of Marc Benioff last week, though we actually love the guy. Hey, he wrote the foreword (yes, it's "foreword" not "forward" when it comes to the opening of a book) for the 3rd and 4th edition.  We just have a really good time declaring the end of things that are just outright annoying.

As always, the music makes us free (and is creative commons licensed).
