CTR falls for online retail

In its E-Mail Trends Report for Q4 2003, DoubleClick says while click-through rates (CTRs) fell for the retail and catalog industry between Q3 2003 and Q4 2003, they rose by 5.6% year-over-year to Q4 2003.
