D.I.V.O.R.C.E. on the Net

To have and to hold until the Web do us part. Is there anything you can't do online?
Written by Graeme Wearden, Contributor

A self-help Web site that aims to guide surfers through the trauma of divorce has been launched at divorce-online.co.uk

The site's guidelines explain the personal and financial implications of divorce and cover the legal process in some depth. Just to ensure you know what you're letting yourself in for there's a resident team of experts including family law solicitors, a welfare advisor and a private detective.

Divorce-online's LegalPac service is only suitable for those planning an uncontested divorce, and comes in two flavours. For £55, you get a personalised petition, statement of arrangements for children, guide to procedure and free email advice.

The premium divorce LegalPac costs £80, and also includes an Affidavit in Support and Letters to Court.
