Edocs offers billing on Palms

Edocs Inc. has developed a software suite that will allow users to access and pay bills through Palm Inc. (palm) Palm VII handhelds. Billers use the BillDirect software to send e-mails to their customers' Palm VII when bills or statements are available. The user then connects to the Web to view the bill, initiate payment, and access services such as previous bills or statement details, or receive promotional materials. -- Margaret Kane, ZDNet News
