As you're all well aware by now, the latest version of everyone's favorite browser is slated for release today.

There's been a whole lot of coverage of the release -- Adrian Kingsley-Hughes details the changes here, Mary Jo Foley covers Microsoft competition here, musings about memory usage here and benchmarking here.

But I want to know one simple thing: Toybox readers, what do you think?

At the end of the day, statistics are statistics, right? So the most important thing seems to me to be simply, "which browser will you use and why?"

For me, memory usage is paramount. I'm not one to use bookmarks efficiently, or one to care so much about looks (after all, Firefox is a lot less graphic-intensive than IE7), or even one to really get nit-picky about add-ons, since I run a completely clean install. The only thing that matters to me is how quick it boots up and how quick it remains -- which is why FF2's memory bloat phenomenon really burned me up.

So tell us, Toybox readers: What do you think about Firefox 3? What's your #1 necessity? How about your browser dealbreaker? We want to know -- so tell us in TalkBack.

(And of course, here's where you can download it -- mind that this FTP download will NOT count to the Guinness record. For that, you'll have to wait for the official release at 10 a.m. PDT).
