Google wants Stanford grads

According to a photo I just saw on Flickr, one method Google is using to reel CS students from Stanford in is relatively interesting.  If you are a Stanford CS student, you might notice a slightly different Google homepage containing a link with the text "Graduating? Come work with us." near the bottom.  The destination is unknown, but I am guessing that when clicked it would probably take you directly to the jobs page.

If in fact this is limited to CS students at Stanford (as the title of the photo on Flickr suggests), how does Google know?  Are students at other universities seeing this link as well?  Or is it srictly a test being performed at Stanford?
