Hewlett-Packard on Wednesday outlined its locations for its global service delivery hubs as part of its best shore plans.

The expansion, part of a $1 billion HP is investing in its enterprise services business, will focus on cloud computing.  The expansion comes amid a broad restructuring of HP's services business. In June, HP announced layoffs and last week began following through. HP plans on building hubs in the following areas:

  • Bulgaria,
  • China,
  • Costa Rica,
  • India,
  • Malaysia,
  • And the Philippines.

Each of these areas will be a services delivery hub to cater to customers in common zones. HP added that the centers will focus on multiple areas including applications, infrastructure and business process outsourcing.
