HP RAMs in with 4Mb 200LX handheld

Keeping tags on RAM-hungry Windows CE handhelds, Hewlett-Packard (HP) is upping the memory on its DOS-based 200LX palmtop.

HP is offering a 4Mb configuration for £450 + VAT from later this month. Early buyers also get Yellow Computing's file transfer software and hundreds of applications. HP claims over 3,000 applications are available for the 200LX.
