HP's Fiorina takes chairman post; company announces buyback

Hewlett-Packard Co. CEO Carly Fiorina has taken over the chairman's post at the company, which announced Friday that it was ending an auditing agreement with PricewaterhouseCoopers and initiating a share buyback program.
