HP's Fiorina takes chairman post; company announces buyback
Hewlett-Packard Co. CEO Carly Fiorina has taken over the chairman's post at the company, which announced Friday that it was ending an auditing agreement with PricewaterhouseCoopers and initiating a share buyback program.
Fiorina, who was named CEO and president last year, will continue in those positions. She replaces Richard A. Hackborn at the chairman's post. He will remain a member of the board. Full story. -- Margaret Kane, ZDNet Inter@ctive Investor
