I'm really happy to announce the opening of InsideRIA, a new O'Reilly blog network that focuses on rich Internet applications. I've seen this project grow and grow so it's really exciting to see it launch. I also think it is yet another sign that this will be a big year for rich Internet applications.

The content on the O'Reilly site will cover everything from Ajax, Flex, Silverlight, and AIR plus talking a lot about what it means to be an RIA. I'm hoping that there will be some great discussions there and judging by the bloggers they've lined up, there should be. Andre Charland from Nitobi and Rich Tretola are both very good guys to talk about everything RIA. I was actually considered as the lead blogger for this project before I went to work for Adobe, so I'm really glad that they got the bloggers they did.
