Is the HTC Kaiser going to appear as the AT&T 8925?

Before I spent all of my gadget cash on the Apple iPhone, the device that I had my eye on was the HTC Kaiser. You can check out an excellent in-depth review of this upcoming device on MoDaCo.com. Rumored news from Electronista is that the Kaiser may appear as soon as August on AT&T here in the U.S. as the AT&T 8925. While I don't think I'll drop my iPhone for this device, it will definitely be one to take a look at for a Windows Mobile power option.

Before I spent all of my gadget cash on the Apple iPhone, the device that I had my eye on was the HTC Kaiser that I blogged about in March.

The HTC Kaiser is a very nice improvement over the AT&T 8525/HTC TyTn with rumored specs of a Windows Mobile 6 upgrade, 400 MHz processor, 256MB ROM, 128MB RAM (finally some decent RAM in a power device), 2.8 inch display, 3G radio, Bluetooth and WiFi, 3 megapixel camera, thumb wheel, microSD slot. A new feature that makes the Kaiser unique is the way the display slides out and then tilts up at an angle giving the device a mini-laptop look.
