Is this the iPad 3 'retina display' LCD screen?

'OEM LCD screen display for Apple iPad 3,' that is will be 'tested before shipment,' and it is 'high quality.'

Hong Kong based parts supplier Truesupplier has what it claims to be an LCD panel from an iPad 3.

There's not an awful lot of information about the part other than it is an 'OEM LCD screen display for Apple iPad 3,' that is will be 'tested before shipment,' and it is 'high quality.'

Here's a photo.

There are more photos on the site, but none show any engravings or maker details. In fact, this sticker is the only ID I can see on the panel photos:

The panel retails for $122.99.

MacRumors have one of these panels in their possession and while they have no way to power it up, looking at it under microscope seems to show a pixel density twice that of the iPad 2, which would make it a 2048x1536 panel, as opposed to the 1024x768 panel on the iPad 2. However, give that there is no way to power this panel up to test that it works, it's hard to confirm whether it is a genuine part, a fake, or a panel from something else. Because of this I'm cautious about calling this a genuine part.

What do you think? Real or fake?
