Jim Clark start-up open for business

Neoteris, a start-up chaired by Silicon Graphics, Netscape Communications and Healtheon founder Jim Clark, has launched its first products. Dubbed EmployeeAccess and PartnerAccess, the products constitute the company's Instant Virtual Extranet line, which offers secure access to online corporate resources.

Dubbed EmployeeAccess and PartnerAccess, the products constitute the company's Instant Virtual Extranet line, which offers secure access to online corporate resources.

Located in Sunnyvale, Calif., Neoteris launched earlier this month with $5 million in funding, including an investment from The Barksdale Group. Trial customers include 3Com, NetLedger, Finisar, Monterey Designs and ARX Networks. EmployeeAccess software is priced starting at $14,995.
