Latin America mobile phone sales to stay flat in 2006

Annual sales of mobile phones in Latin America shot up in 2004, to 72.8 mln units, and will approach 90 mln in 2005. But they will hardly rise at all in 2006, and grow only slowly for the next three years, to 98.5 mln in 2009, Gartner says.
