Microsoft Corp. is discussing with several automobile manufacturers the potential for putting Internet access into cars, the New York Times reported Monday. Code named Project Apollo, an effort is underway to develop Internet-related services for cars including E-mail, stock trading and Web surfing, accessible via voice commands, the newspaper reported. Microsoft would not comment.
